A surprise room mix-up
The blend of cozy decor and friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the efficient check-in process provided by the wonderful team at the front desk.
However, it was quite alarming when my daughter faced unexpected room mismanagement, encountering adults in the space we booked. This greatly distressed us during our stay.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We visited the local zoo and went to a fun amusement park nearby. The staff was super friendly, and the room was comfortable. Be aware, though, that there's no free breakfast like some other places. Despite that, I highly recommend this spot for a group getaway!
Our only downside was the noise level. we could hear our neighbors quite clearly at night.

My family and I were in town for a dance competition, and I have to say, the staff were quite friendly and accommodating. However, we encountered a bug issue in our room, which was concerning. Thankfully, the staff, particularly Alex, was helpful during our stay. Overall, while the enjoyable parts of our visit stood out, the insect situation was unfortunate and took away from the experience.

Duncanville's dining scene is no joke! I found some rad local spots with sushi that'll make your taste buds dance. Plus, if you're in the mood for a cold brew, the hotel lounge is a comfy hangout. Definitely had its perks.
Now, let’s chat about the critters. We had bugs in our room—roaches and some sneaky spiders! Thankfully, I snagged a pic to prove it! My daughter had a bit of a reaction too.

The hotel features a beautiful lobby with minimalist decor that provided a pleasant atmosphere for our gathering. However, the elevator often had long wait times, which was frustrating. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, trying to make our stay enjoyable despite these inconveniences. While the local dining options featured award-winning meats, the overall experience was hindered by the elevator issues and cleanliness concerns in the room.
