A surprise room mix-up

However, it was quite alarming when my daughter faced unexpected room mismanagement, encountering adults in the space we booked. This greatly distressed us during our stay.

The king bed was super comfy, and I loved the whirlpool tub for a nice soak. Most importantly, I felt supported during a tough time. the staff went above and beyond for my family. Everyone was amazing.

More accessible elevators for seniors would be helpful.

Had a great time with friends at this hotel! We visited the local zoo and went to a fun amusement park nearby. The staff was super friendly, and the room was comfortable. Be aware, though, that there's no free breakfast like some other places. Despite that, I highly recommend this spot for a group getaway!

Our only downside was the noise level. we could hear our neighbors quite clearly at night.
